The traditional "Rias Baixas" area of Galicia region in northern Spain is famous for its fishing and canned food industries, competing worldwide as market leaders in their field.

In the last decade new comapanies have appeared in the region within this specialized industry, many were born with the intention of creating different product lines to everything that exists in the canned food market.

Our represented companies intention is that any product that is under their brand is of extreme quality and unique, therefore, only one type of sardine is packed in the tin model RR-125 from 16 to 20 units.
Same with mussels, with the same type of can, although it is packed in three different sizes: 6/8 units, 4/6 units and 3/4 units, which is the companys flagship product. All products are elaborated with olive oil and the sauces made by true Chef Masters

In other products, quality parameters are the same, the anchovies for example, are processed following the manual traditional method discarding other techniques that could damage the product when cleaning.
